Lucy [contact] uses this website to display her photographs of crop circles; to report her research; to organise and share her knowledge at private visits to Stonehenge, and on shared helicopter flights. She also has an online shop that offers for sale products related to crop circles. In addition, she sells her photographs of crop circles, generally by private arrangement using telephone and email.

Comments
For her online shop to work it must collect your name and address, and the names of the products you wish to buy and their quantities. The shop passes your credit/debit card details to PayPal and therefore Lucy has no access to them, except the information that is provided by PayPal to confirm purchase, enable deliveries etc.
Contact forms
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comment form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. After approving your comment, your profile picture (if you have one) will be visible to the public with your comment. We use spam detection software and if we decide your comment is 'spam' we will not publish it, may privately mark it as spam for our software to detect and flag, or may delete it.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained while Lucy's website exists. Any follow-up comments will be managed by Lucy.

Your contact information will only be used by Lucy to post your purchases to you, we do not sell or share data about any visitors to this site.
If you have opted to receive Lucy's newsletter your email address and name will be stored by Mail Chimp according to its terms and conditions. You will be able to review and unsubscribe from our Mail Chimp list at any time.

How we protect your data
Lucy's website is protected by an https connection and we do not hold your contact details longer than is necessary to dispatch your order. If you are not already subscribed to our newsletter, we will offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe after your purchase and if you prefer not to we will delete all data we have related to you.
